Someone over on metafilter asks if there’s a non-prescription aid for ADHD. I’ve always found Vinpocetine to help. Dosage varies with individual but I’m getting some noticeable results at 20mg/day, took about a week to kick in, but then I don’t have a serious case of it. As always, YMMV. (Hat tip: 43folders.)
