I can’t help but wonder if he was one of those H1B visas industry said they had to have, simply because Americans wouldn’t work cheap enough. So the program expands, and now foreign nationals are planting software bombs in federal computers. On one hand, the irony is overwhelming.

Is this what we’re going to see more of, now that the downturn is upon us? Companies, even our own government, hiring foreign nationals rather than local talent?
